Search engines and AI models update their algorithms constantly, and rankings depend on factors no third party fully controls (your reviews, your competitors' activity, the engine's training data, query intent). What we control: your profile is built the way Google and major AI engines want to read it, on a domain we're actively building authority for. How do you decide who gets the Top 3 slot?

Featured pros are selected on local market experience, transaction or job history, verified reviews (synced from Google or verified clients), and specialization. We don't auction the spots. Pro-tier members are automatically considered when a slot opens in their city.

What if all 3 Top 3 spots are filled in my city?

You can still join as Pro and be listed in the Pro section, visible, with photo and full social. When a Top 3 spot opens (a featured pro retires, moves, or downgrades), Pro members are reviewed first.

Can you really pull my Google reviews?

Yes. You paste your Google Business Profile URL during signup. We sync your 5 most recent reviews and aggregate rating daily via the Google Places API. Honest disclosure: Google's API only exposes 5 most recent reviews, anyone showing "all" Google reviews is scraping illegally and risks de-listing.

Do you take a cut of what I earn?

No. Ever. Subscription is the only way we make money. Customers contact you directly — there's no referral fee, no revenue share, no agreement to sign that touches your income.

Can I cancel?
